One of II men charged with execution after a Laughlin, Nev. gambling casino struggle finally July is scheduled to come out inward court of law on Jan. 27. St. David Cruz, 45, of Las Vegas is expecting in court of law as section of a preliminary hearing.

Cruz was arrested on Aug. 26 and later appeared in Laughlin Justice Court. He was released from custody on Sept. 21 after posting bail, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Cruz’s bail bond was $250,000.

The pillow slip against the endorsement defendant, Julio Arrezola-Rodriguez, 47, also of Las Vegas, is on the face of it pending. His next lawcourt engagement was non at once available. It is unknown region on which day he was arrested.
