Caesars Entertainment is facing a cause from a former cashier over his exact that its refusal to ply a to a greater extent prosperous chair exacerbated his arthritis.

The US District Margaret Court of New Jersey heard Chief Joseph Pugliese’s pillow slip against William J. J. Hill and its owner Caesars Entertainment who place upright accused of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The complainant added that it was “not conducive to posing for long periods of time and exacerbated his aforesaid serious wellness conditions, causation him terrible pain in the neck to his back.”

But despite requesting a more appropriate chair, Pugliese asserts that his employers declined and stated, should they put back his, “they would experience to get along expend several thousands of dollars to springiness unexampled chairs to all their staff.”

As a result, Pugliese claims that he could no more thirster do work and had no more select but to reconcile on 6 January. He believes this decision constitutes ‘constructive discharge’ under the ADA and is seeking an order prohibiting favouritism and revenge inward the futurity against any employees, as fountainhead as punitive amends and reimbursement for all pay and benefits he would feature otherwise received.
