HeadsUp Entertainment has closed in(p) a major partnership with MetaVerse Vision Group FZE LLC, UAE, whereby a new subsidiary under the HeadsUp Entertainment public troupe has been created.
HeadsUp owns 49% of the shares of the unexampled entity - named HeadsUp Ventures FZ UAE - which is positioned to “monetise numerous opportunities and contracts under the strategic alignment of manufacture leaders,” a financial statement from the society read.
