Holland Casino has in agreement(p) to wage increases after negotiations with the Federation of Dutch Trade Unions (FNV) and De Unie.

Holland Casino also agreed to a new minimum wage. Employees are now guaranteed at least €14 an hour. The collective labour concord will pass from 1 June 2022 to 30 Sep 2023.
Marleen Berk, Human Resources Director at Holland Casino, discussed the impact of Covid-19 and the role it played inward negotiating unexampled wages.

While Holland Casino has successfully negotiated young contracts, elsewhere, other operators feature non fared so well.
