Fontainebleau Las Vegas, which on Feb 29 was sued past Wynn Las Vegas for poaching members of its staff inwards violation of their noncompete clauses, has fired support with a countersuit.

Wynn’s also suit of clothes accuses Fontainebleau General Counsel Mike Pappas of being “duplicitously involved” inwards what it characterizes as Fontainebleau’s “interference.”
